Industry: Special Cement & Building Materials
Products Provided: 900 × 900 × 1,150 mm dual-spout FIBC with top filling spout, bottom discharge spout, waist bands, baffle cloth, sewn-in document pouch and custom brand printing
Our client is a special-cement producer based in Guangxi, China. Unlike ordinary Portland cement, special cement is sold on setting behaviour and consistency, so the bag has to protect the product as much as it has to carry it. The client supplies two very different downstream channels: plants that receive material into silos and screw conveyors, and sites that lift the bag straight onto a mixing platform. With a single-opening bag, emptying meant cutting the bag open or tipping the whole thing — slow, dusty, and it left several kilos of cement behind in the corners. Filling had its own problem: an open top released fine cement dust across the filling bay. They wanted one bag that could be filled through a top spout, discharged through a bottom spout, and still stack square in the warehouse.
Project Challenges
Our Custom Solution
Our engineering team worked from the client's filling head and discharge connection dimensions and developed a dual-spout bag on a 900 × 900 × 1,150 mm body.
① Top Filling Spout: Ø400 mm opening with a 550 mm spout length, so the filling head seats into the spout and material falls straight into the bag instead of across the filling bay.
② Bottom Discharge Spout: Ø350 mm opening with a 550 mm spout length, connected to the customer's receiving hopper or conveyor. The bag is emptied from below rather than cut open or tipped.
③ Double 6 mm Core-Rope Tie-Off: Both spouts are closed with reinforced 6 mm core rope. Each end of the bag is sealed independently, so the discharge spout stays closed until discharge instead of being a permanent opening into the product.
④ Two 42 mm Waist Bands: Horizontal reinforcement bands restrain the bulge of a full bag, keep the body square for stacking, and take that load off the vertical seams.
⑤ Baffle Cloth at Both Spouts: Material-guard cloth around the spout roots stops product spilling over the spout during filling and protects the seam where the spout meets the body.
⑥ Sewn-in Document Pouch (140 × 200 mm): Sized for a folded inspection sheet or delivery note and stitched to the body, so the paperwork travels with the bag.
⑦ Brand Printing: Cloud Swallow trademark and company name printed at a reference layout of 400 × 490 mm, sized to stay legible when the bag is stacked or wrapped.

The Results
✔ Filling runs through the top spout with the rope tied off immediately, keeping dust inside the filling head instead of across the bay.
✔ Emptying is done through the bottom spout into the receiving hopper — the bag is not cut, so it stays intact and the discharge is controlled rather than a dust release.
✔ Both ends of the bag can be closed independently, reducing the number of open paths for moisture during storage and transport.
✔ Waist bands hold the body square under load, so pallets stack straight and the vertical seams are not carrying the bulge.
✔ Brand mark and company name are printed at source, and the document pouch keeps the batch record with the delivery.
