What is the standard size of this 50kg PP woven bag?
The standard size for a 50kg bag is approximately 80-85 cm (length) × 50-55 cm (width) when flat, depending on product density. We can customize dimensions based on your specific product and pallet size.

Is the UV protection permanent?
UV stabilizers are added during the extrusion process, providing long-term protection. However, continuous exposure for more than 6–12 months may gradually reduce effectiveness. For extended outdoor storage, we recommend adding a UV coating or using thicker fabric.

How does the bottom discharge work?
The bottom of the bag features a discharge spout (either a simple open spout or a tie-off spout). To empty the bag, you untie or open the spout, and the contents flow out by gravity. It eliminates the need to cut the bag or invert it.

he standard bag is not food-grade. However, we can produce food-grade PP woven bags using virgin FDA-approved materials and clean production lines. Please specify "food-grade" when inquiring.
