Raw Material Receiving & Inspection Workshop
We source high grade polypropylene pellets. Every batch undergoes strict sampling for melt flow index, tensile properties, and purity. This rigorous incoming material control is the first step to guaranteeing the structural integrity of the final heavy duty woven bag.
Flat Yarn Extrusion Workshop
Utilizing advanced wire drawing machines, we melt and stretch PP granules into uniform, high strength flat yarns. The stable denier and tension of these yarns are critical for producing tear resistant fabric that prevents breakage during rough handling.
Circular Loom Weaving Workshop
Our circular weaving machines produce consistent, seamless tubular base fabric. We strictly control the fabric's GSM and weaving density to create the optimal base material for everything from light laminated PP sacks to heavy load jumbo FIBC bulk bags.
Lamination Composite Workshop
This process bonds a waterproof protective film onto the woven fabric. The lamination treatment ensures exceptional moisture proof, dust proof, and scratch resistant performance, safeguarding your goods from humidity damage during long distance ocean freight.
Colour Printing Workshop
Our high speed colour printing equipment delivers sharp, vibrant brand logos and barcodes. We ensure high ink adhesion and clarity, making your packaging a powerful marketing tool on the retail shelf, even on laminated surfaces.
Fixed Length Cutting
The laminated fabric is precisely cut to your required dimensions. We also offer secondary surface printing at this stage to accommodate last minute branding updates or specific batch codes for wholesale clients.
Automatic Hemming and Bottom Sewing Workshop
Automated sewing machines fold edges and seal the bag bottoms with precision. Workers conduct real time checks on stitch density and tension to ensure the bottom seam withstands the stress of heavy stacking and palletization.
Lifting-Strap Weaving and Packing Workshop
For our FIBC bulk bag range, we manufacture heavy load lifting straps in house. This ensures the straps meet exact safety factors. Completed bags are then compressed and neatly bundled to optimize warehouse storage space.
