UV Stabilized Anti Aging Performance
UV stabilizer is added to raw PP yarn, protecting bags against sunlight triggered cracking, fading and strength loss. Perfect for long term outdoor storage.
Bottom Discharge Spout For Fast Unloading
Built in bottom discharge outlet allows quick, residue free emptying. There is no need to cut or flip the whole bag, greatly improving material release efficiency.
Moisture Resistant With Optional PE Liner
Base PP woven fabric provides basic water repellency. You can add an independent PE liner to achieve full moisture proof protection for damp condition shipments.

What colors can you produce?
We can match any Pantone color. You can choose solid colors (with pre-colored yarns) or multi-color designs using flexographic or rotogravure printing.

What is the maximum printing quality?
For standard flexo printing, we support up to 4 colors. For high-resolution images (like photos or detailed logos), we recommend rotogravure printing or BOPP lamination with full-color print.

Is the bag food-grade?
The standard color PP woven bag is not food-grade. However, we can produce food-grade bags using virgin FDA-approved resins and a dedicated clean production line. Please state "food-grade" when ordering.

What is the minimum order quantity?
For plain (unprinted) color bags, MOQ is 2,000 pieces. For custom printed bags, MOQ is typically 5,000–10,000 pieces depending on the number of colors and complexity. Small trial orders may be accepted upon request.

Can I add a PE liner for complete moisture proofing?
Yes. We offer either a loose PE liner (inserted inside) or a laminated PE film (bonded to the woven fabric). Both options provide excellent moisture and dust barrier.

How are the bags shipped?
Bags are compressed into bales (200–500 pcs per bale), wrapped with plastic film, and loaded into containers for safe and cost-efficient shipping.
