Square Bottom Structure
The square (block) bottom is formed by folding and sealing the end panel, allowing the bag to stand upright for stable palletizing, easy stacking and attractive shelf display of the printed front panel.
External Valve Closure
The external valve on the bag corner enables high speed filling with rotary or impeller packing machines and self-seals under material pressure after filling, eliminating sewing operations and keeping the bag dust-tight.
Multi-Ply Kraft Paper
The bag is made of 3 to 4 plies of virgin kraft paper, giving it high tensile and puncture strength for heavy powder products, with a smooth printable surface for high quality branding.
Moisture Proof Protection
A PE coating or inner liner can be added to protect hygroscopic products such as cement, grout and putty powder from moisture during storage and shipping.
Custom Sizes & Printing
Custom sizes from 10kg to 50kg, 3 to 4 paper plies, valve types and full color printing to match your product and brand requirements.
