Coated / Laminated PP Fabric
A thin film layer is laminated onto the PP woven fabric, sealing the weave pores to make the bag sift-proof and moisture-resistant. It blocks humidity from hygroscopic cargo, enhances puncture resistance, and provides a smooth surface for high-definition printing.
Top Filling Spout
Standard 35-45cm filling spout with drawstring or skirt closure. Easy to connect to filling heads; dust-tight design reduces material loss during loading.
Heavy Duty Lifting Loops
Four cross corner lifting loops made of reinforced webbing, with 5:1 or 6:1 safety factor. Rated for 500kg to 2000kg SWL for safe lifting and transport.
PE Inner Liner
A translucent PE inner liner is installed inside the bag, providing an extra moisture barrier and preventing fine powder leakage during filling, handling and storage.
Flexible Customization
